Jaipur. Sharad Dadhich an international basketball player, has been in camp for the last ten years. He was playing basketball since he was in the ninth standard before that he was interested in playing the sports like high jumps, running. Basically, he was an athlete before he came into the field of basketball. He plays from Jaipur Academy, Rajasthan. He recently represented India in Asian Basketball Championship and his dreams comes true. He rehearses two hours a day in the morning and evening respectively and also joins the gym session for a workout to maintain his physique to be into the game. He also does meditation on the weekends. He is the captain of the team for a long time period, he said that the captain plays no role in selecting the team and management of the team. It’s all about the coordination and dedication towards their respective game.
There is no particular diet for this game but it is essential to take proteins in correct proportions at regular time intervals. Also, common people would not be able to digest the amount that the players took that of protein, he added.
He gives training to the upcoming players of the game of different universities and schools like JKL University and Modern school and many more who comes to the practice to him.
