The Vivo TWS 5 Series earbuds have been launched. Vivo introduced its latest TWS earbuds in China alongside the flagship Vivo X300 series. The Vivo TWS 5 Series comes in two variants: the TWS 5 and TWS 5 Hi-Fi. Both models have 11mm dynamic drivers and active noise cancellation (ANC). Vivo says that these earbuds can lower ambient noise by up to 60dB. Here, we are providing a detailed description of Vivo's new earbuds.

Vivo's TWS 5 series has been released in two different versions. The basic version of these earbuds costs 399 yuan (around Rs. 4,500). The Hi-Fi version costs 499 yuan (around Rs. 5,500).

The Vivo TWS 5 can be purchased in Simple White, Pure Black, and Smoky Purple color options. The TWS 5 Hi-Fi can be purchased in Deep Sea Blue and White color options.

The Vivo TWS 5 series earbuds feature an 11mm driver. The TWS 5 Hi-Fi variant supports LDAC, LHDC, AAC, SBC, and LC3 codecs. Additionally, the standard Vivo TWS 5 supports LDAC, AAC, SBC, and LC3 audio codecs. Both earbuds support active noise cancellation, which the company claims reduces ambient noise up to 60dB.

The Vivo TWS 5 series earbuds offer a 42ms latency rate and are Hi-Res Audio certified. They offer DeepX 4.0 stereo sound. They support Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, offering an operating range of up to 10 meters. These earbuds are IP54-certified.

The Vivo TWS 5 series earbuds feature three microphones and an AI-based call noise reduction system. Both the Vivo TWS 5 and TWS 5 Hi-Fi earbuds support triple connections and also support smart translation. It also features touch controls.

Regarding battery life, Vivo claims it offers 6 hours of battery life on a single charge with ANC on and 24 hours with the case. Furthermore, with ANC off, the battery life is 12 hours on a single charge and 48 hours with the case.
