The iQOO confirmed that the iQOO 15T would be launched in China next week. It is expected to be introduced as a member of the brand's flagship lineup alongside the iQOO 15 and the iQOO 15 Ultra. Before its official launch, the company revealed some crucial information about the upcoming phone. It features a 6.82-inch display with 2K resolution. According to the manufacturer, the iQOO 15T will become the world's first smartphone to adopt the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition chipset.

According to teasers shared by iQOO, the iQOO 15T will be launched in China on May 20th at 7:00 PM local time (4:30 PM IST). The phone will be launched in Qingyun, Track Edition, and Legend Edition color options. In terms of design, the handset appears similar to the iQOO 15 Ultra.

The smartphone will feature the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition processor. The company claims that this chipset comes with lower-level optimizations that complement their Q3 gaming chip. This is said to improve frame stability and reduce battery consumption during heavy gaming.

iQOO further stated that the smartphone can deliver up to 30 minutes of near-full-frame gameplay in games like Genshin Impact, while maintaining power consumption below 5W. The Q3 chip is reported to support simultaneous 2K resolution rendering and 144Hz frame interpolation during gaming.

Speaking of the display, this upcoming iQOO phone will feature a 6.82-inch 2K 'Everest' flat display. It is confirmed to feature a 200-megapixel main rear camera and a 50-megapixel secondary sensor. The handset will feature a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.

It is said to be powered by an 8,000mAh battery. According to recent reports, it may support 100W wired fast charging. The iQOO 15T is expected to run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Reports suggest that the handset may weigh around 216 grams.
