The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has reaffirmed its faith in Nita Ambani. Nita Ambani has been re-elected to the IOC by a unanimous vote. A total of 93 voters voted, and all 93 votes were cast in favor of Nita Ambani, or 100 percent. Nita Ambani was elected to the IOC for the first time at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. She is the founder and chairwoman of the Reliance Foundation.

On her re-election, Nita Ambani said, I am very honored to be re-elected as a member of the International Olympic Committee. I would like to thank President Bach and all my colleagues at the IOC for their faith and trust in me. This re-election is not only a personal milestone for me but also shows India's growing influence in the global sports arena. I want to share this moment of joy and pride with every Indian and I look forward to strengthening the Olympic movement in India and around the world.

Under the leadership of Nita Ambani, India got the hosting of the annual meeting of the IOC after a wait of 40 years. It was successfully organized in the year 2023 at the Jio World Center in Mumbai. It was under the leadership of Nita Ambani that India House was built in the Olympics for the first time. Which is like a home away from India for Indian players, supporters, and spectators in the Paris Olympics.
