During the hearing, Justice Naveen Chawla strongly objected to the conduct of Wikipedia. He said, "I issue a contempt notice. The court said, if you do not like India, please do not work in India. We will ask the government to block Wikipedia in India." The court further asked why it did not follow the bench's order, which said that it should provide information about those who have made changes in ANI's page. Wikipedia argued in the court that its institution is not in India, so it will take time for its officials to appear in the court. The court will now hear the matter in October.
