For customers, Ather Energy has introduced a new ExpressCare Service Programme. Customers can get their e-scooter serviced in 60 minutes with this quick service option.
The business promises that the calibre of the services will not be compromised. Regarding this, Ather began operations in its top 11 cities with 20 ExpressCare service centres, and by March 2024, it will have 50 locations.
Ather says the new ExpressCare initiative prioritizes customer time for a quick and smooth service experience. It involves two skilled technicians working together on a scooter to complete the entire service in 60 minutes.
To prevent client delays, Expresscare workshops will be outfitted with a reliable appointment system that allows customers to schedule service bays ahead of time for enhanced convenience. Over 2,000 consumers have reportedly used the ExpressCare service in the last two months, although it is available at a charge of Rs 125 to Rs 150.
Speaking on this aftersale initiative, the company's CBO Ravneet Singh Phokela said, “We have always believed in an ecosystem approach when it comes to manufacturing EVs and providing a seamless service experience is part of it. We are introducing ExpressCare to improve the service experience going forward, Which will ensure prompt service. We will continue to introduce more services in the coming months to provide consumers a hassle-free experience."
