On Friday, two-time world champions and co-hosts West Indies announced their 15-member squad for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024. Rajasthan Royals' all-rounder Rovman Powell has been made the captain of the team, while veterans like Andre Russell, Nicholas Pooran, and Shimron Hetmyer have also got a place in the team.
The West Indies, Afghanistan, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and Uganda are all included in Group C. On June 2, the two-time winners will kick off their campaign against PNG in Guyana. Up until May 25, all teams are free to make roster changes; after that, the ICC's Event Technical Committee will need to approve any changes.
